Summarising the main idea

Reflection
I was learning to summarise the main idea.  Now I know that I need to think about what happens in the story but also who as well.  It was tricky because I needed to think about a lot of things.

I was learning to tell the time.  Now I know that half past is 30 minutes.  It was easy because I know that 5 dots is 5 minutes.

I was learning haw to write a persuasive text. Now I know you have to give reasons why you think that.

Using direct speech

Reflection
I was learning about direct speech. Now I know that you have  to use it to make your story makes sense so when ever some one reads your story they know if  some one is speaking.

Making equal shares

I was learning make equal shares. It was tricky because it was hared to find how  much will be the same thing.

Writing a description

We looked at a picture of Little Red Riding Hood and described what we saw.

Discussing the setting

l was learning about the setting.  Now i know that a setting is where  the place is.  it was easy because i know where they went.

Making compound sentences

I was learning to make sentences with so, but, because, and, or.  Now I know that they make my sentences make sense and longer.  It was easy because I knew what it should make sense with.

Understanding multiplication

Reflection

I was learning multiplication now I know that 5x2 is 10 because its 5 groups with two it is 10.  It was easy because 5 groups of 2 is 5 plus 5 and it equals ten.  It was easy to put the groups in.

Understanding the story

 I was learning to understand the story.  I know I need to read it and answer the questions.  It was easy to look for the answers in the book.

Blend sounds

Spelling  reflection
I  was  learning  to  spell  blend  sounds.   I  learnt  that  2  letters  are a blend.It  was  tricky  because  i  sound  out  the  letters.
